My story, your connection
Welcome to Gallery Rivette, where passion meets artistry. Discover the journey behind our unique creations and
the vision that drives us.
From concept to creation
After 43 fulfilling years as an Art Director, the canvas called to me in a new way. Gallery Rivette was born from a desire to dedicate my time to the pure joy of creating. Now, I spend my days bringing to life abstract acrylic paintings, intricate shadow box sculptures, and unique assemblage pieces, all crafted with a retired hand and a renewed spirit. This venture is a realization of a lifelong passion, transforming ideas into tangible art for you to cherish.
Art that speaks to you
When you encounter a piece from Gallery Rivette, I hope it sparks an emotion, a personal connection that resonates deeply within you. My aim is to offer a large selection of beautiful, diverse pieces, each designed to evoke a unique feeling. Whether it's the vibrant energy of an abstract painting or the quiet intricacy of a carved sculpture, I strive to create art that truly speaks to your soul and brings a touch of personal beauty into your life.
The artistic journey
My artistic approach is a dance between intention and intuition. Each piece begins with a detailed sketch, mapping out the initial vision. But once the creative process begins, I let the art guide me. It's a conversation where the materials and forms dictate what needs to be done, leading to an organic evolution of each creation. This unique method ensures that every painting, sculpture, and assemblage is not just made, but truly brought to life, imbued with its own story and spirit.
"The artwork from Gallery Rivette is simply captivating. Each piece tells a story and truly elevates my home's aesthetic."
